The Chief Minister was scheduled to visit Tenkasi district on October 24 & 25, 2025.
The agenda for the visit included:
- Inaugurating several completed government projects in the district.
- Laying foundation stones for new development and welfare initiatives.
- Hosting an outdoor public event near a private petrol bunk on the Ayikudi–Lathur bypass road (venue selected, cleaning/pavilion setup underway).
Key officials and departmental heads had already inspected and made preparations: e.g., the Minister for Revenue & Disaster Management (Sattur Ramachandran), district Collector Kamal Kishore, Superintendent of Police S. Aravind, district DMK in-charges.
